When dealing with your complaint we will follow our complaint handling procedures, a copy of the procedures is available upon request.

If we cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). More information about the Financial Ombudsman can be found by visiting the FOS website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk 

Please note that FOS will only be able to consider your complaint after we have had the opportunity to review and resolve your complaint.
