Support for customers in temporary financial difficulty as a result of COVID-19

We recognise that some of our clients may currently find themselves in financial difficulty due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent ‘lockdown’.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has recently published a series of temporary measures to help those customers who hold insurance and premium finance products and are currently unable to meet their premium payment obligations.

There are a variety of ways in which your insurer or premium credit provider may be able to assist you in these difficult times and help to alleviate any financial difficulty you currently have in terms of paying your insurance premiums.
